Start-up Founder Tip #1 - Live Your Business.

Being a founder is one of the most joyful, meaningful and dynamic experience of life. With this tag, 'Founder', comes a lot of responsibilities and one shall do everything to fulfill them. A startup is like a new born child to the founder and he shall do all that he can, to grow it in the best way.

Every startup founder, in the early days , is responsible for most of the work done in his firm. This includes co-founder search, business plan creation, meeting VCs, company name and logo registration, testing business idea, MVP development, marketing and client handling etc. At times, one may have to sell his bananas on footpath too.But above all of this, the most important thing for a founder is to live his business.

But What it exactly means to live your business ?

It means to thoroughly understand the problem that the business will try to solve. This includes knowing the roots and causes of the problem, the impact of the problem on people and society, the tears of the ones who are suffering and the smiles the business will bring to their faces. Living your business means living the life of your customers. It means to be in customer's shoes and taste the mud on field. Only this will help you to get the exact knowledge of the problem and will eventually help you to provide the best desired, applicable and acceptable solution to the problem. But this is not enough.Oh! not yet.

Living your business means making your employees believe in your cause. Only then they will put all that they got, in solving the problem. Belief in cause gives employees a boost at work and ensures better performance from employees. People feel proud in working for a cause. This is important!

Moreover, living the business means knowing the best square in town to the stand and sell your product. It means knowing the best medium to reach your customers and ensuring that your are providing a heavenly service to them, considering they mirror god themselves, or at least I think so.

Once you start living your business everything will start falling in place. You will have the most loyal employees, more long lasting customers, greater profits and brighter company future.

Startup Founder Tip #2 - Be a Warrior

‪#‎BeAWarrior‬ Defeat is the best mirror a warrior can look into. For it shows him his real reflections. Undiluted, Unbiased and Un-tampered ! The beauty of this mirror is its invisibility. Its never visible to one with mere eyes, one who is blinded by worthless worldly matters and intrigued in his own banal physical being. It takes self realization, courage and curiosity of exploring one's self, to be able to look into, or even get to know about the holy existence, of this mirror. Purpose is not to lie down, defeated and mourn. Purpose is to understand the importance of one's purpose, reflect upon one's lows and highs, and to strike back. Be a warrior !
